Commissioning of Phase II Therapeutic Albumin & Plasma Derivatives Production Line at Nojin Refinery
Following rigorous biological and technical evaluations, Nojin's advanced human plasma fractionation line was officially inaugurated, marking a transformative leap in biological therapeutics self-sufficiency.

Following the successful completion of comprehensive validation protocols and aseptic qualification trials, Nojin Zist Pharmed has officially commissioned the second expansion phase of its specialized plasma fractionation refinery.

This cutting-edge industrial facility is engineered to process human plasma into vital therapeutic derivatives, specifically Human Albumin 20% (Albojin) and high-titer Intravenous Immunoglobulins (IVIg). Operating under stringent cleanroom Grade A/B conditions and equipped with automated viral inactivation chambers, the facility dramatically bolsters healthcare security and domestic availability of plasma-derived medicinal products (PDMPs).

Dr. Keyvan Mansouri, Chief Technical Officer, emphasized: ‘The localized commissioning of this advanced cold ethanol fractionation train guarantees reproducible yield, superior protein integrity, and absolute compliance with international pharmacopoeial standards.’
